To use AVNI Assist, you must:

• ✓Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• ✓Not be prohibited from using our service under applicable law.

If you are under 18, please use AVNI only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

AVNI Assist is a free AI-powered conversational assistant designed to help users with tasks such as writing, coding, learning, research, and general information. The service is provided "as is" and is accessible without account registration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

You agree to use AVNI Assist only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use AVNI to:

• ✗Generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, threatening, or defamatory content.
• ✗Harass, bully, stalk, or harm any individual or group of people.
• ✗Create or spread misinformation, fake news, or fraudulent content.
• ✗Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• ✗Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• ✗Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or underlying systems.
• ✗Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, or malicious code.
• ✗Impersonate any person, entity, or organization.
• ✗Facilitate any form of cheating in academic or professional settings where prohibited.
• ✗Generate explicit, sexual, or adult content involving minors.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of access to AVNI Assist and, where necessary, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• •AVNI is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• •You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by AVNI.
• •We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI responses.
• •Always verify critical information from authoritative and qualified sources.

All content on the AVNI Assist website — including the brand name, logo, design, interface, and original text — is the intellectual property of AVNI Assist and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

"Your content:" You retain ownership of any content you input into AVNI Assist. By submitting prompts or messages, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the service.

"AI output:" Content generated by AVNI in response to your prompts is provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs, but we make no warranty that such outputs are original or free of third-party intellectual property claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVNI Assist and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of data, income, profits, or business opportunities.
• •Damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.
• •Service interruptions or technical errors.
• •Unauthorized access to your data through no fault of ours.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of AVNI Assist shall not exceed INR 0 (as AVNI is a free service with no paid transactions).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
